One Cleveland Center Landscape Plan

We were commissioned to accomplish a complete renovation of the plaza at One Cleveland Center. The pavement and planters had deteriorated and the landscaping was very dated. In addition the building owner wanted to make the space more inviting and useable for the building occupants. We developed a new pavement plan and ground plane plantings while preserving the existing trees in the planters. Outdoor seating and tables were added to the plaza.
