As part of a three year study by the Cuyahoga County Planning Commission we were asked to establish a model for an urban resident camp to serve the youth of greater Cleveland. The model established the criteria for development of a camp in the Cuyahoga Valley that would be linked to the trail system and unique learning and recreational opportunities within the valley. Based on the criteria we also identified potential sites.
