The 286 acre eastern parcel of MacIntosh Farms in Ohio will be developed into a series of neo-traditional neighborhoods consisting of courtyard homes, town homes and single family residences linked by service and pedestrian ways to the village center. The neighborhoods are organically placed between over 50 acres of wetland and open waters. The village center will incorporate a mix of homes, offices, communithy buildings and commerical enterprises designed to serve the local area.
