Greg has over 52 years of professional experience in all phases of landscape architectural design and planning. His professional portfolio includes projects in community design, urban design, parks and greenways, outdoor education centers and residential and corporate landscape design.
In addition, Greg is recognized as an international consultant in the design of youth camps and adult retreat centers. He has worked with over 500 organizations in 35 states in the United States and internationally in Canada and China. He has touched the lives of thousands of children and families, as a master planner, design consultant, author and lecturer. In 2011 he authored and published “Camp Design: Master Plan Basics”
In the summer of 2019, I made the decision to free myself from the day-to-day grind of professional design practice. I no longer have to work to live. Instead, I can choose to work out of joy on the things I am passionate about. I am looking forward to writing more books about camp design, being available to past clients and consultants as a camp specialist and pursuing my interests in photography, art, and nature.
