The 286-acre eastern parcel of MacIntosh Farms in Ohio will be developed into a series of neo-traditional neighborhoods. The neighborhoods include courtyard homes, town homes and single-family residences linked by service and pedestrian ways to the village center. The neighborhoods are organically placed between 50 acres of wetland and open waters. The village center incorporates a mix of homes, offices, community buildings and commercial enterprises designed to serve the local area.
